They are always quick to respond to emails and questions even late at night or over the  weekend. We are very happy with the house we bought. Carol set up a video viewing of the house we ended up buying which saved us constantly flying over to look at houses that came on the market. We were very impressed after our first meeting with Carol and could tell she was passionate about her work and would definitely sell our house. Carol and her team have been brilliant throughout the whole process. We live abroad so communication could have been an issue but all calls and emails were always returned promptly and we were kept up to date throughout.
